The Big/Little Mentoring Program is sponsored by the Black Student Union and advised through the Black Student Involvement unit. Established a few years ago, the mentoring program has evolved into a great opportunity for first-year students to pair with returning students and for returning students to enable an easier transition for first-year students of color.
